Industry Service Management

�       Regulatory and Industry Strategy

o        Determine product and business regulatory and industry requirements

o        Translate requirements into an industry services strategy

�       Identification, selection and implementation of outsourced industry services and ILEC Interconnection Agreements (ICAs)

o        Manage the evaluation and selection, or negotiation, of new or replacement ICAs

o        Research and identify Vendor alternatives for other services or equipment

o        Facilitate selection of Vendors

o        Negotiate Vendor contracts to meet internal requirements

o        Facilitate implementation of new or expanded services 

�       Vendor management program, for ICAs and other Vendor Agreements

o        Establish and / or maintain a library of Agreements, key terms for Service Level Agreements and Termination/Renegotiation requirements

o        Track and monitor Vendor or ILEC performance, with business owners

o        Facilitate ongoing review and analysis of business requirements to identify modifications or amendments of Agreements

o        Facilitate the negotiation of replacement Agreements or termination of existing Agreements

o        Evaluate new or proposed Agreement amendments, change of law proposals, etc. and provide recommendations on amendments

o        Act as a point of escalation or assist in resolution of chronic issues related to Agreement terms
